My name is Kevin Sullivan. My business is Maui Resorts Surf and Sup, I am a native of the Aloha State, and my hometown is Lahaina, a former whaling village on Maui, HI and a popular destination for visitors to Maui and the state of Hawaii.
Much of what I learned about surfing took place in Honolua Bay, where my cousin not only taught me the basics of surfing, but how to prepare for professional competition as well. Starting with the World Qualifying Series in 2008, my professional career has taken me on travels all around the globe. As any Maui native will tell you, Maui is always a wonderful place to return to.
If you spend a few days riding the surf with me, you will immeasurably improve your skills. You will also begin to understand why it can be hard to be away from Maui for too long.
I still compete professionally, but I also give surfing lessons to all skill levels, a business I greatly enjoy, and I feel fortunate indeed to advertise my business as providing “Exclusive Lessons By Local Pro Surfer.” Join me for the fun and excitement my surfing lessons offer in one of the greatest surfing locations in the world.

Taylor Vicar - Instructor
My name is Taylor Christian Vicar. I was born on the big Island of Hawaii in Hilo on December 25, 1988. When I was four, I moved with my mom and my brother to Maui. I was taken surfing for the first time by a family friend at eight years old, along with my brother. We went to guard rails, the same spot we now teach lessons. That was the start of surfing for me! At twelve years old, I became brave enough to go surfing with just my friends and since that day I haven't missed a single swell. Every time I teach a lesson I'm stoked to share my love and passion for the sport with others. See you all in the water, AAAAAloha!!!
